We are very happy and proud to announce a research grant awarded to Professor Michael Birnhack, Noa Diamond from the Privacy Clinic at Tel Aviv University, and myself from the Class Action Aid Fund at the Israel Ministry of Justice for conducting research in privacy engineering for civil society organizations in Israel. We will analyze the technologies and processes of civil society organizations (or the “third sector”) to understand their privacy practices using automated data collection and qualitative research methods. Based on this analysis, we will develop technological infrastructures and work methods to promote privacy within these organizations.
