57% of israelis own a Smartphone, a fact that ranks Israel as the 2nd highest country with regard to smartphone penetration rate. The Ynet report on a survey done for Google by IpsosMediaCT also reveals where Israelis use their smartphones and a about the changing norms regarding smartphone usage.

IBM’s published a very cute clip about “Smart Cities”. I am not sure I understand how they relate this cool ideas to actual business plan, but the movie is cute, and has some nice ideas for whoever is working on location data.
