In the last seven years, I have served as a member of the Privacy Protection Council in the Ministry of Justice, which oversees the Privacy Protection Authority and advises the Minister of Law on privacy issues. I am resigning due to the legislative steps taken by Yariv Levin, the Minister of Law, and his systematic disregard of our warning signals regarding the danger to Israel’s adequacy status granted by the EU.
