Eran will be teaching the Human-AI Interaction course this semester. The course is open to graduate students at Tel Aviv University. The course is open to graduate students at Tel Aviv University and requires programming and knowledge of Machine Learning. This is the full syllabus.
The basic idea of the course is that in recent years, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is becoming central to the functionality of many information systems. AI methods such as machine learning and recommendation systems are becoming widespread as the driving engine behind many contemporary applications. At the same time, practicing AI raises new challenges about the ability of people to understand, interpret, control, and interact with AI-based systems. In the course, we will engage with questions about the design of human-AI interaction and review contemporary research in this field.
