We were awarded a very exciting new grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the U.S.-Israel Binational Science Foundation (BSF): Security and Privacy in Enclave Communities. The grant was awarded with colleagues Adam Aviv from The George Washington University and Oshrat Ayalon from the University of Haifa. We will explore how particular streams of ultra-orthodox Jewish communities understand and perceive thesecurity and privacy of technology and how it functions based on their communities’ standards.
